The story
A familiar problem.
An overdue solution.
Running a business means paying for tools constantly - design software, hosting, email platforms, project management apps, developer APIs. Each one bills on a different day, in a different currency, at a different renewal date.
Cancelling them saved real money immediately - but the whole thing felt completely avoidable. So we went looking for a tool to prevent it from happening again.
Everything we found was either a spreadsheet hack, an enterprise expense platform requiring a 30-minute demo call, or a bank integration that wanted full access to your accounts. None of it fit how a small business actually operates.
So we built the tool we needed. CostLoop launched in 2026 as a clean, private, no-integration-required tracker for every subscription, license, and recurring cost in your business - with renewal reminders before they catch you off guard.
