1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on CostLoop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
When creating an account, you will be presented with the following consent statement: "By creating an account, you agree to CostLoop's Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy."
These Terms apply to all users of CostLoop, including free and paid subscribers. Antevski ENK reserves the right to update these Terms with appropriate notice (see Section 11).
2. Description of the Service
CostLoop is a web-based subscription and recurring cost tracking tool. It allows you to log, organise, and monitor software subscriptions, licenses, renewal dates, and related costs for your business or personal use.
We provide the platform and its features; you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you enter into CostLoop. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data stored in the application.
CostLoop is operated by Antevski ENK, Org. No. 934 334 507, Harry Fetts Vei 5B, 0667 Oslo, Norway. The application is accessible at app.costloop.app.
3. Account Registration
To use CostLoop, you must create an account. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
- You will notify us promptly at hello@costloop.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Antevski ENK is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4. Subscription Plans
CostLoop offers the following plans:
- Free plan - track 1 subscription at no charge. No credit card required.
- Pro plan - unlimited subscriptions and access to all features at $12/month.
Plan features and pricing are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. For current plan details, see our Pricing page.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments for the Pro plan are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a monthly basis.
- Your Pro subscription begins on the date your payment is successfully processed.
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You will receive a receipt by email after each successful payment.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CostLoop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract data from CostLoop using automated means without our express written permission.
- Share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access the service using your account.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or availability of the service.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
CostLoop, its name, logo, design, and all content produced by Antevski ENK (including documentation, user interface elements, and marketing materials) are owned by or licensed to Antevski ENK and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into CostLoop - including subscription records, notes, documents, and any other content you create. By using the service, you grant Antevski ENK a limited licence to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to Antevski ENK.
8. Disclaimers
CostLoop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
While we aim for high availability and take reliability seriously, we make no service-level agreement (SLA) commitments. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by service downtime, data loss, or technical errors, except where required by law.
CostLoop is a tracking and organisational tool. We are not a financial advisor and we are not responsible for financial decisions made based on information stored in the application.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antevski ENK's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of CostLoop - whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise - is limited to the total amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
In no event will Antevski ENK be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Norwegian law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
Where mandatory consumer protection or data privacy laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights remain unaffected. This includes rights granted under the GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, FADP (Switzerland), PIPL (China), APPI (Japan), PIPA (South Korea), PDPA (Thailand & Singapore), and DPDP (India). 11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised version number and date.
Your continued use of CostLoop after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cancel your account before the changes take effect.
